Interval update stupidness

I have to post this. It is beyond dumb that I receive monthly notices that the interval on my sprinklers have been adjusted. The email subject is:
An interval update has been made to your As Needed schedule

I live in KC and my sprinklers have been turned off for months. In addition, I tried to stop this way back in December by putting my Rachio in some “suspend” mode. Still didn’t fix it.

I like the product, but super silly stuff like this doesn’t give me confidence in the product.

Well I could, but I don’t want to. I like knowing when the schedule has changed.

I just want the system to be aware that the Rachio is, in essence, off for the winter and it should stop notifying me.
