How do you get to play with the programing of the IFTTT is one the computer or the app? I just got my system last week

Cool, welcome to the community. Why do you want to jump into using the IFTTT app? I personally would focus on just learning the Rachio and getting down my settings on that. I don’t personally use IFTTT for anything
