I recently updated my app and reconnected my Rachio Gen 1. I blinked the wifi and the app says it was successful. However, the app also shows my unit is Offline. My WiFi network shows that it is connected. I tried to run it without luck.
Help!
I had the engineering team review your controller and it looks like it is back online now.

I am in a very similar situation. Recently updated the app on my phone which seems to have resulted in a loss of my conttoller data. I restablished the controller, blinked wifi connection, created a new schedule and yet the controller shows status as offline.
I have read several other posts that seem to point to possible fix by the Engineering Team - I am hopeful.

I have the same issue, blinked my gen 1 connected and showed online. Then a couple hours later shows offline and stays offline. But the controller is still connected to the WiFi router. Please help.
