I also have the low flow issue (0.0GPM reported on a 1.0 GPM zone)(drip zone). I have a Moen Flo that monitors the whole house and can see the zone is using water at the expected rate and I set the settling time to 1 minute. In addition I can see on the EveryDrop display that water is flowing.
I wonder if Rachio is taking a single snapshot of flow after 1 minute, rather than a median/average value over a period of samples?
