Connection Issue

I was unable to connect to Rachio this morning so I could not run the irrigation system through the controller. I suspect that their server was down since it magically came to life at the time that customer service was available. Some questions/comments: 1. I did not have obvious indication that the zone was not watered so that I would have missed watering on a 100F day if I was not at home. 2. For manual operation, how do I operate the system without going through the Rachio website?

Sincere apologies, a monitoring error on our part affecting the Gen 2 controller communication, which was fixed within minutes of its discovery.

Gen 2 has manual buttons so zones can be started/stopped through the hardware, and further out on our road map we want the ability to control the unit locally (i.e. w/out our servers).
