Changing duration does not change Flex schedule?

Can someone explain why when I change duration of watering in a schedule Flex Daily does not reflect this change? It still repost the same moisture levels as before the change. Here’s an example:

100% set:

Well, the same moisture levels, the same schedule, the same “predicted” irrigation +0.67:

Am I not getting something here? Or the duration is only used for “fine tuning” of the irrigation amount and does not affect the flex schedule by any means? Thanks!

Changing the duration does not affect the frequency of flex schedules. We artificially augment the irrigation “amount” since there are many levers and we wanted to keep frequency consistent.
