I just got my Rachio. can I get started usings a windows computer?
If not that’s fine I can use my wife’s phone as I have a dinosaur phone.

Welcome to Rachio! You’ll need an Android or iOS phone to get your controller online, but after that you can control the unit via the web app (https://app.rach.io/).
