Calendar stuck when a day is clicked

Anyone see this behavior?

Left side is Safari, right side is Chrome. If I try in a private browsing window, the day will load the first time but then will just spin like this when any other days are clicked. This doesn’t happen on mobile - at least on iOS.

edit: just to be clear - after trying to load the day, the page returns to the main dashboard because I hit the back button on both browsers.
