How often does the system go out for the weather forecast? I am on satellite internet and have a limited amount of bandwidth each month, with additional GB available for a pretty penny. I’m ok with that, but would like to get an idea of the total cost for this before I take the plunge.
The controller itself does not access the internet for weather forecasting. All of the heavy lifting of adjusting/skipping schedules is done in our cloud infrastructure. So, I would expect a few kilobytes a day (mostly heartbeats) of data usage per day.
