Ability to access rachio on web or cloud with PC?

Is there a way to access my rachio without the phone apps? Like using a PC etc
If not, that would be ideal, as when im home, id rather be using my computer to be setting up my rachio, and only use phone when im remotely wanting to access my rachio.

You bet You can hop onto the web app at rachio.com (top right on the homepage).
